* To advertise or offer to buy / sell goods and / or services, or close down any other commercial purpose, except in services that allow (classified ads);
* For downloading files from other user, known to not be allowed to be distributed this way.


When user is not allowed:

* Falsify, omit or delete any copyright assignment, legal or any other type of label / proprietary designations at the origin / source of software / material contained in a file uploaded;
* Manipulate or falsify information in order to disguise the origin of goods or services;
* Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services;
* Record, collect, withhold or collect information about other users;
* Violate any laws / regulations, particularly those governing the protection and copyright as well as corrupt or change procedures, policies, regulations or requirements relating to services;
* Create a false identity for the purpose of misleading others.
