We have gathered this conclusions about full-time job.

Four out of five respondents with paid employment work full time. This is
case for the majority of men (91%) but only 62% of women.
• In most countries, nearly three in four of the part-time workers are women.
• The ongoing work is the norm for most people employed: the majority (81%) has a
employment contract of indefinite duration.
• Age is the most important variable in the identification of workers with temporary contracts:
the younger the person the more likely you have an employment contract term.
• Most full-time workers would like to reduce their working hours, against
one-third of part-time workers.
• The average hourly workweek is 39 hours but, in general, the respondents would like to see a reduction
to 34.5 hours.
• To the question 'what kind of hours part-time work would prefer' the respondents'
were very different. However, the most popular option was to "a few days in full-time, other
free days '(38%), followed by "short-time every working day' (26%).
• Nearly half (47%) of respondents believe that the part-time work would undermine the
development of their professional career and a considerable number (43%) are also
opinion that part-time workers are worse off with regard to the laws
social protection and social security.
• Less than one third (31%) of full-time workers think that your employer would
agreed to reduce their working hours.
